Named for longtime Director of Camping Reverend Art Basile, and set apart from the rest of the camp buildings, the Basile Retreat Center is designed to accommodate groups of twenty-four to thirty persons and is handicapped accessible.

It includes 6 large rooms with 3 beds in each.  One full and two twin beds in 4 rooms, one full, one twin and one bunk bed in 2 rooms. Please note that linens are not provided.

The amenities for this building include a large meeting room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, and ample dining area. Tub, shower, and toilet facilities are designed and equipped for use by handicapped persons.

The Basile Retreat Center is ideal for planning meetings, for extended family getaways, and for enjoying Camp Tamarack during winter and summer months.
