2. A sincere desire to serve God through the camp experience.
3. An understanding of, and a love for, children and youth.
4. The ability to work effectively with other adult leaders.
5. Exhibits emotional and spiritual maturity.
6. Willingness to place the needs of the campers before personal desires or convenience.
